Corporate services

NCL head office in Hexham provides corporate services for all of the areas. This includes the management, financial control, training and marketing of the charity. We also administer the beActive Leisure Cards of which there are approximately 26,000 members.

Criminal Records Bureau Service

North Country Leisure is a “National Umbrella Body” offering you an economic and efficient CRB checking service and ISA registration.  We work with companies and charities to provide CRB Disclosures and ISA registrations for people working with children and vulnerable adults.

How it works

You will need to nominate a person to be our main contact. We will email your nominated person all of the information they need to register with us, including sample policies and procedures, and a copy of our contract. On receipt of your signed contract we will forward you copies of the Application Form. We then check and process your completed forms before sending them to the CRB to be processed. On receipt of the CRB Disclosure and ISA registration we will notify you of the relevant details including type and date of Disclosure, the unique reference number and whether the Disclosure is clear or not. 

Fees

• ISA registration and enhanced CRB disclosure: £85 plus VAT
• Enhanced CRB disclosure: £57 plus VAT

 Payment - We will only process the checks once payment is received by cheque.
